Return and Exchange Policy

For any return request, please contact us with the following requirements.

  • Order Number
  • Product Code
  • Reason for returning the product
  • Photo of the product which you intend to return back to us
  • Returns cannot be initiated for the reason of a change of mind

We clearly mention everything in the product description. We try our level best to show you the product the best way, it is mentioned everywhere that color may slightly vary due to the two-tone weaving/brightness setting of the gadget you are using, No refund will be accepted in case of misunderstanding of the color. To avoid this issue kindly read the written description about the color.

  • For Exchange, you can exchange the product within 7 days of purchase, with products of equal value.
  • For Exchange, the product should be in the same condition including the box, the product must not be used or damaged by the customer.
