Return and Exchange Policy

Though we endeavor to provide you with the best of all our services, if, in case you are dissatisfied with our service contact us on our our e mail address info@theurbangear.com  

For any return request, please contact us with the following requirements.

• Order Number
• Product Code
• Reason for returning the product
• Photo of the product which you intend to return back to us
• Returns cannot be initiated for the reason of a change of mind

We clearly mention everything in the product description. We try our level best to show you the product the best way, it is mentioned everywhere that color may slightly vary due to the two-tone weaving/brightness setting of the gadget you are using, No refund will be accepted in case of misunderstanding of the color. To avoid this issue kindly read the written description about the color.

• For Exchange, you can exchange the product within 7 days of purchase, with products of equal value.
• For Exchange, the product should be in the same condition including the box, the product must not be used or damaged by the customer.

Before we submit your purchases, we may need to confirm some information with card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed late on Fridays, holidays or during the weekend will be processed by our Shipping Department on the next business day. It may take up to 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped depending on the number of orders we receive. You will receive an e-mail with your order’s tracking number once your package is shipped.

Please note that, after completing an order, we can’t change the payment method, delivery address or shipping speed.

• SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.

For international Shipping:

Shipping charges will be calculated after the complete order confirmation. (Charges will be applied according to the weight, country, and current tariff and after the confirmation from the courier service.

Estimated Delivery Time:
It takes approx. 3-5 working days to deliver your required product to your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan for International it takes Approx. 5-8 Working Days. Deliveries may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

For Pakistan:
We deliver all over Pakistan.
Cash on delivery is available to  customers.
Shipping Charges for Pakistan: 200 PKR
Shipping Charges for outside Pakistan: as per the courier

When you place an order, we will process that order the next working day and delivery time will be 3 to 5 working days.
Deliveries may take a little delay during the Sale or New collection launch.
